When you start exercising, make sure that it is consistent. You don`t have to exercise every single day or even for a full two hours. However, you should try to exercise on a regular schedule. Three to four times per week is best if you want to trim your waistline, while four to five times per week is optimum if you want to build up the muscle mass in your tummy. Just make sure you remain consistent and use different forms of exercise. Doing only cardio is not going to give you great results. Use a mix of strength training and cardio and you will get optimum results when you learn how to get great abs.
